Ye Weiyang (1612-1688) was named Bitai and Xushan. Lu Feng is a native of Luoxi in Jikang. In April of the seventh year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1634), he moved to Huizhou with his uncle to build a mansion and garden. In the 15th year of Chongzhen's reign, he was admitted as a year old Gongsheng, and was granted Tongzhi in Guilin, Guangxi. It is the first generation of Luoxi temple in Huizhou. He is a famous poet in the south of the five ridges. From Qu Dajun, Dan GUI monk, Chen Zisheng, Chen Gongyin, Shi Jinshu and other famous poets' poetry collections, there are Poems Inscribed on Ye Weiyang or the scenery of the garden. At the time of the revolution of Ming and Qing Dynasties, he took up the post of zhongshushe in Nanming and took part in the anti Qing activities.
