Shuangjian Town, Mengcheng County, Bozhou City, Anhui Province is located 15 kilometers east of Mengcheng, which is the east gate of Bozhou City. Huaiyuan County in the East, Chengguan town in the west, Letu town in the South and Wangji town in the north. Guohe and 307 provincial highway cross the central 11.5km, Jiefu Bengbu Expressway passes through the south, and Lianghuai highway runs through the north and south. The land area is 148500 mu, and the arable land area is 83700 mu. The town governs 16 administrative villages and 321 villager groups, with a total population of 78000. The construction area of small towns is 6 square kilometers.

In 1990, Shuangjian town was awarded "national 100 stars" by China basic level political power construction Research Association. In 1992, the former Lizhai Township, mawa Township and Shuangjian town were removed and became Shuangjian town. In 1993, the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs approved it as an established town (deputy county level). In 1995, it was approved as a town under separate planning by Fuyang Prefecture, enjoying the right of economic management at the county level. In 1997, it was listed as a science and education demonstration town in Anhui Province. In May 1999, it was listed as the star town of small town construction by Fuyang City. In December 1999, it was rated as the central town by the Provincial Department of construction. In 2000, it was identified as one of 195 key construction center towns in Anhui Province. After 2000, most people in Shuangjian town went to Jiangsu, Guangdong and Fujian coastal cities to work. There are more truck drivers in Shuangjian town. According to a preliminary estimate, if all the private trucks in Shuangjian town go back, all the roads in Shuangjian town can't stop. There are trucks from Shuangjian town in the freight parking lots of most big cities, such as Guangzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Kunming, Shenyang and Urumqi.
