Lu Zhengzhong, male, Han nationality, born in November 1976 in Jiangxian County, Shanxi Province, graduated from the Party School of the provincial Party committee. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 2000 and began to work in September 1995. in August 1995, he successively served as section member and head of budget unit of Houma Municipal Finance Bureau; in June 2004, he served as deputy head of science and technology township of Xintian township of Houma City; in August 2007, he served as Deputy Secretary of Party committee and director of office of Ludong street of Houma City; in July 2010, he served as Deputy Secretary General of Houma municipal Party committee and executive deputy head of municipal Party committee office; in September 2011, he served as secretary of Party Working Committee of Shangma street of Houma City; and in April 2013, he served as secretary of Houma municipal Party committee In August 2016, he served as member of the Standing Committee, secretary general and director of the office of Houma municipal Party committee; in May 2019, he served as member of the Standing Committee and vice mayor of Houma municipal Party committee.
