Hua Changqing (1805-1881 A.D.) was originally named Changmao, whose name was meizong. He was born in Tianjin, Zhili.

He was born in the 10th year of emperor Renzong's Jiaqing reign in Qing Dynasty and died in the 7th year of emperor Dezong's Guangxu reign at the age of 77.
