Yan Zhongji (? - 1293), a Zhonghan, Zi Zhi. Changqing (now Shandong Province) people. The son of Yan Shi. When Emperor Taizong of the Yuan Dynasty attacked his father, he marched for ten thousand households on Dongping road. From the emperor Shizu of the Yuan Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, he made great contributions. In the 23rd year of Zhiyuan Dynasty (1286), he was granted the title of Zhongshu zuocheng, and went to Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. There is a biography in Volume 67 of the history of the Yuan Dynasty. Zhu Quan of the Ming Dynasty listed it among 150 "Ci poets Lin Yingjie".

In Ming Dynasty, Zhu Quan's Taihe zhengyinpu listed it among 150 CI poets. There are two Xiaoling poems in Jin Yuan Sanqu.
