Liu Wang, male, Han nationality, born in Liling, Hunan Province in March 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of economics, researcher and master supervisor. He used to be Secretary of the Party committee of Hunan Institute of chemical technology. He is now Secretary of the Party committee of Huaihua University.
