Liu Wenzhong was born in 1940 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. Graduated from University, national first-class artist, professor. He studied under Wu Yuru and Huang Qi. He is good at poetry. Feng Jicai, vice chairman of the China Federation of literary and art circles, commented: "he has a deep foundation and deep cultivation.
