Fupeng (from August 12, 1708 to January 1, 1749), born in Daxing County, shuntianfu, Zhili Province (now Beijing), was a minister of the imperial clan of the Qing Dynasty, a descendant of yuetuo, king of Keqin. He was the eldest son of neersu, king of Geping, and the fifth king of Pingjun (1726-1748). Tongzheng was Cao Yin's grandson and Cao Xueqin's cousin.

Qianlong died in 1748 and was given the posthumous title of "Min". His son Qingming inherited the title of Prince Ping.
