Qi Chi, born in Dongguan, Guangdong, was an official of Ming Dynasty. Zhengde Jinshi, head of the Ministry of punishment.

Later, he served as a doctor of the Ministry of criminal justice. He was famous for his good judgment of suspect prison. People called him qifoye. He was released as magistrate of Rao Prefecture.
