King of the government, the word Chunfang. Wendeng, Shandong Province. His father and uncle are craftsmen, who make a living by covering houses.

His father had two sons. Wang zhezheng was the eldest son, and his nickname was "Si" (later, Wang zhezheng made his fortune in Sichuan, and was known as "Wang Siguan" far and near). Wang zhezheng was about 10 years old. When he saw other people's children going to school, he was very envious. He often went to the window of a nearby private school to eavesdrop on a teacher surnamed Liu. After the teacher knew, he saw that he was smart, diligent and eager to learn, so he taught him to read for free. Wang zhezheng got the opportunity to study. He was eager, diligent and self-motivated. He made progress in his studies and got excellent grades in examinations every year. At the age of 20, he was a scholar in Wendeng county. At the age of 30, he was a scholar. In the second year of Daoguang (1822), the 57th person was elected. Daoguang nine years (1829) by a section examination to become Gongshi, and by the palace examination, ranked 379 Jinshi 3a. He was granted the title of magistrate of Yilong County, Sichuan Province by the Ministry of officials. After seven years in office, he made remarkable achievements and was promoted to governor of Bazhou. Wang zhezheng also set up academies and private schools, so that the children of all ethnic groups who have the conditions can go to school and study rationally. Later, he successively served as prefect of Yazhou, Jiading and Long'an. In 1854, Xianfeng was ordered to transfer Ningyuan to inspect the copper fraud cases and distribute grain money to Yantian, which was praised by the people. In the ninth year of Xianfeng (1859), because of his parents' old age, he left his post and went home to take care of his parents. He wrote "stop embroidering grass along the Shu Road" and "Dengzhou Chronicle" when he was young.
