Wang ruishu, female, from Nanchong, Sichuan Province, was born in April 1930. She graduated from Sichuan Medical College in 1954 and majored in food chemistry and food toxicology at Kansas State University in 1982. She has been teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor and Professor successively. In 1990, she was a doctoral supervisor.
