Wang Tijian

Wang Tijian, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1968 in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. At present, he is professor and doctoral supervisor of Nanjing University, and vice president of College of atmospheric science.

Character experience

In July 1991, he graduated from the Department of atmospheric science of Nanjing University with a bachelor's degree in atmospheric environment; in July 1994, he graduated from the Department of atmospheric science of Nanjing University with a master's degree in Atmospheric Physics and atmospheric environment; in July 2000, he graduated from the Department of Meteorology of Nanjing Meteorological university with a doctor's degree. He has worked in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Gothenburg, Sweden, Swedish Academy of Environmental Sciences, University of Iowa and Atmospheric Research Center.

Member of China Committee of IGAC (International Global Atmospheric Chemistry), Secretary General of Atmospheric Science Teaching Steering Committee of Ministry of education, vice chairman of atmospheric environment branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, deputy director of atmospheric composition branch of Chinese meteorological society, director of Atmospheric Physics branch of Chinese meteorological society, director of aerosol branch of Chinese granular society, and director of environmental shadow branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences He is a member of the environmental impact assessment committee, a consultant of the environmental impact assessment center of the Ministry of environmental protection, a consultant of the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation, a director of the atmospheric chemistry branch of the Jiangsu meteorological society, a director of the Jiangsu Environmental Science Society, a special representative of the Chinese science, a responsibility of the meteorological science, an editorial board member of the environmental monitoring management and technology, and an editorial board member of the atmosphere and climate science. Air quality assurance expert of 2013 Nanjing Asian Youth Games and 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games.
