Fu Lin, a doctor of law in Song Dynasty, was the son of Fu Qiao, a minister of the military department of Qi, Liang, Chen and Sui dynasties and a Bachelor of Hongwen. Li Guan Hanlin bachelor, Wuzhou prefect. After the promulgation of song Xingtong, in order to facilitate memory and reading, it was annotated with verse and wrote Xingtong Fu.

Fu Lin: a native of Qingzhou in the Northern Song Dynasty (ruling today's Shandong Yidu), a doctor of law in the Song Dynasty, was the son of Fu Qiao, the Minister of the armed forces of Qi, Liang, Chen and Sui dynasties, and a Bachelor of Hongwen school. Life story

It is difficult to recite Song Xing Tong, which was issued in the fourth year of emperor Taizu's Jianlong (963). It is very important to write a rhyme and add some notes to it. It has two volumes in total, four of which are lost.
