In March 2006, he served as deputy county procurator of Ganzhou people's Procuratorate. since January 2007, he has served as secretary of the Party group and attorney general of Dingnan County People's Procuratorate. since June 2011, he has been Secretary of the Party group and chief procurator of the people's Procuratorate of Xinfeng County. He was rated as "excellent prosecutor" in Ganzhou in 1997 and "advanced individual in investigating and handling major cases" in Jiangxi Province in 2000, enjoying the treatment of provincial model worker.
