Jiang Kai

He was born in youganpu village, Fenggang town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province in 1922. He was once a member of the CPC Qingxi Tangli District Committee.

He joined the Communist Party of China in 1939, quit the party in 1942, went to Hong Kong for business in 1945, moved to Suriname in 1952 and served as the general manager of guangyitang monthly and the president of xunnan daily from 1967 to 1970.
