Male, born in April 1959 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, PhD, University of Hong Kong. At present, he is dean and professor of School of psychology of Nanjing Normal University, doctoral supervisor of development and educational psychology, and member of international cross cultural psychology society. He has successively engaged in interviews, cooperative research and lectures in the National Asian American mental health research center of the University of California, Department of human development and applied psychology of the University of Toronto, Canada, and Malaysia Children's education research center. It is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of children and adolescents' mental health, children's behavior training and psychological prevention and health care. The current academic research mainly focuses on the following aspects: the comparison of cultural differences on the mechanism of forgiveness disposition and its influencing factors; the forgiveness training strategies for Chinese children and adolescents; the construction of psychological three-level preventive care; and children's cognitive behavioral therapy technology. He has published many academic monographs, such as psychotherapy for children and adolescents (2000), assessment and correction of children's behavior (1995), and identity Society (translated, 1995). And published a number of influential academic papers in authoritative and core journals at home and abroad. In addition, entrusted by China Education Television, he has lectured on 15 episodes of children's mental health series. he has taught counseling psychology, children's clinical psychology, group training, cognitive behavior therapy, systematic family therapy, social psychology and other courses for postgraduates and undergraduates majoring in psychology, among which child psychology is an excellent course in Jiangsu Province and won the excellent teaching achievement award of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Normal University.
