Yang Xun, born in 1959, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has a bachelor's degree and is a senior middle school teacher. In 1981, he worked in Haian County.

Yankou junior high school mathematics teacher. In 1985, he was a junior high school mathematics teacher and teaching and research group leader of Hai'an senior high school. In 1998, he served as director, vice chairman and President of Haizhong experimental school. In 2004, he was the director and vice principal of Hailing middle school in Hai'an County.

He has been engaged in class teacher and teaching for many years, with excellent performance. He won the first prize or the first prize in the teaching observation competition of the whole county for five times. He was repeatedly rated as the leader of junior high school mathematics in the whole county. He was rated as the top-notch professional and technical talent of young and middle-aged people in Hai'an County in 1994 and the professional and technical leader of Hai'an County in 1996. He was awarded the title of "model master" by Hai'an County in 1995, and was honored as outstanding educator of Nantong City in 1998 and 2006.

During the period of being the president of the Affiliated School of Haizhong University, he had strict management and scientific education. The excellent rate and the enrollment rate of key middle schools are far ahead, and the number of students winning prizes in various competitions at all levels ranks among the top in the city. The school has won a number of honors, and has been rated as the county's "excellent school of education and teaching quality" in successive years.
