Yang Lin

Yang Lin

Yang Lin was born in September 1961 in Linxia city, Gansu Province. In 1982, he graduated from the Chinese Department of Northwest Normal University and concurrently served as the Secretary General of the Chinese vocabulary sub committee of the Technical Committee for language standardization of the State Language Commission, vice president of the Chinese folk language society, executive director of the Chinese exegetical society and director of the Chinese characters society.

He graduated from the Chinese Department of Northwest Normal University in 1982 and from the Chinese History Department of Sichuan University in 1988. He was promoted to Professor in 1997. He also serves as the Secretary General of the Chinese vocabulary sub committee of the Technical Committee for language standardization of the State Language Commission, vice president of the Chinese folk language society, executive director of the Chinese exegesis society, and director of the Chinese characters society.
