Yang Lun, male, Han nationality, from Chenggu County, was born in October 1955 with a college degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in February 1976 and started work in November 1974. He is now the deputy head of Meixian people's government.

From November 1974 to March 1979, he successively served as the monitor and platoon leader of the command company of the Artillery Corps of the 21st army; from March 1979 to November 1985, he served as the propaganda officer and instructor of the Artillery Corps of the 21st army; from November 1985 to July 1988, he served as the propaganda officer of the artillery brigade of the 21st army; from July 1988 to February 1993, he served as the chief of the security section of the artillery brigade of the 2l army; from February 1993 to March 1996, he served as the chief of the security section of the artillery brigade of the 21st army Chief of the security section of the 55th division of the 21st army; member of the Standing Committee of Ansai county Party committee and political commissar of the people's Armed Forces Department from March 1996 to October 2000; deputy head of Mei County from October 2000 to now.
