Du Yue, male, Han nationality, Secretary General of the Chinese Commission for education, science and technology. He holds a bachelor's degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, a master's degree from Paris University, a master's degree from Peking University, and a doctor's degree from Beijing Normal University. In 2008, he studied in the Lee Kuan Yew School of government management of the University of Singapore.
