Li Changmin, male, was born in 1960 in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province. He graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1986, majoring in Chinese painting.

Li Changmin, Longtian, male, born in 1960 in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province; he studied Chinese painting under the master of flower and bird painting of Chang'an school, Mr. Kang Shiyao, from 1981 to 1985; he graduated from the normal Department of Xi'an Academy of fine arts with a bachelor's degree in Chinese painting in 1986; he was a visiting scholar of China Academy of art from 2004 to 2005; he is now a professor of the Academy of fine arts of Xianyang Normal University; and he is a professor of Shaanxi Academy of fine arts He is a part-time professor and master's supervisor of Western University of science and technology; he is a member of Shaanxi Artists Association; he is the executive director of Shaanxi Landscape Painting Research Association; he is a member of Xishan endless studio (presented by Mr. Liu mo of Peking University); he is a member of shuiyunzhai (presented by Mr. Liu Yinbai, doctoral supervisor of China Academy of Arts and a scholar of I Ching)
