Li Ying (February 1929 October 15, 2019) < / I >, born in Zhaodong County, Heilongjiang Province, took part in revolutionary work in March 1947, joined the Communist Party of China in June of the same year, and went south from Zhaodong county to Jiangxi Province to work in February 1949. He once served as secretary of the Party group and President of Jiangxi Higher People's court.

On October 15, 2019, Comrade Li Ying died in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, at the age of 91.

Life of the characters

He has successively served as district member of Zhaodong County in Heilongjiang Province, leader and instructor of front detachment, head of public security unit of Public Security Bureau, deputy director of Leping County Public Security Bureau of Jiangxi Province, deputy director of Jingdezhen City (county level) Public Security Bureau, director of Shangrao City (county level) Public Security Bureau, deputy director and Procurator General of Shangrao District procuratorial branch, head of Lehe infrastructure headquarters of Jiangxi Province, and bearing bush factory of Northeast Jiangxi Province Secretary of the Party committee, director of Shangrao Machinery Bureau, deputy director, director and Deputy Commissioner of Shangrao Administrative Planning Commission, deputy Procurator General of Jiangxi Provincial People's Procuratorate. In July 1985, he was Secretary of the Party group and President of the Jiangxi Provincial Higher People's court. In February 1986, he was approved by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee as a deputy provincial cadre. He retired in April 2001.

At 14:40 on October 15, 2019, Comrade Li Ying died in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, at the age of 91.
