Li Jizeng (1934 ~) was named Le San, with a pen name of Lu Min and a title of Moquan Taoist. He is from Zibo, Shandong Province. He graduated from the Chinese Department of Shandong Normal University in 1960. Professor, College of Arts, Shandong Normal University. He is a member of Shandong Calligrapher Association, director of Calligraphy Education Research Association of China Education Society, vice chairman of Shandong Calligraphy Education Research Association, and senior painter of Shandong Academy of painting.

He is mainly engaged in literature research and writing teaching. He once edited the Journal of Chinese teaching research and Journal of Liaocheng Normal University.
