Male, born in December 1948 in Yidu City, Hubei Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from industrial statistics major of Central Radio and TV University in 1986. He is now a supervisor, Secretary of the general Party branch and statistician of Hubei Yidu Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd.

He graduated from high school in 1966 and successively served as the director of workshop statistics, factory comprehensive statistics, enterprise office, planning and statistics office, factory director and party secretary.
