Li Qingfeng

At the age of 7, Li Qingfeng studied zither with his father. In 1979, he was admitted to Kunming air force Art Troupe as a zither player. In 1985, he was admitted to the Music Department of Anhui Normal University. At school, he studied with Associate Professor Yan Aihua of Nanjing Academy of Arts, and also received careful guidance from Mr. Cao Zheng. In 1989, he was assigned to Shengli Oilfield. After that, he continued to learn from his teachers and study hard. He was guided by Zhao manqin, Qiu Dacheng, Wang Shihuang, Qu Yun, Rao Ningxin and many other zithers.
