Li Shihui (1226-1306), a native of damaogang, Hongyan, Leping, was born in Yuan Dynasty. Huimin was eager to learn from her childhood, and devoted herself to studying the historical anecdotes of Leping. She worked hard for ten years to compile 30 volumes of Leping Guangji.

Li Shihui's tomb is located on the qixingzui hill, Liaojia village, Hongyan Town, 48 kilometers away from the urban area. The tomb has been sunk for a long time, and now it is reclaimed as a vegetable garden.
