Natural gas saving

(1) When the natural gas is burning, the flame is red and yellow, which indicates that there is lack of oxygen, and the phenomenon of "off fire" indicates that there is too much air. At this time, the air door of the stove can be adjusted properly. When the flame is purple and blue, it means that the combustion is full.

(2) When cooking, the flame distribution area should be level with the bottom of the pot, which can accelerate heat transfer and save gas.

(3) For users of natural gas heaters, the room temperature is generally set at 16 ℃.

(4) When users of gas air conditioner leave the room, they should turn off the central air conditioner.

(5) Regularly check gas facilities, pipelines and rubber pipes to prevent danger and waste caused by leakage.

(6) When cooking, you should prepare all the food before cooking. If you are cooking soup or stewing things, you can first boil with high heat, and then turn down the heat, as long as you keep the food in the pot rolling and not spilling.

(7) When cooking, try not to use steaming. The steamed dishes are not necessarily better than the stewed ones, and the steaming time is three times of the stewing time.

(8) Before cooking or boiling water, you should wipe the water stains on the surface of the pot and pot, and then put them on the fire. In this way, the heat energy can be transferred to the pot as soon as possible, so as to achieve the purpose of saving gas.

(11) When cooking, it is generally appropriate to leave half a bowl of water after cooking; when the water temperature rises slowly, it is necessary to use a small fire first, wait for the water temperature to rise, and then turn on a large fire; choosing a larger diameter cooker can reduce heat loss.
