(4) If the address is not around, and you don't remember the phone number of the hotel and the tour leader, you can call home to let relatives and friends contact the domestic travel agency, so as to know the contact information of the tour leader and the next destination of the team as soon as possible.

(5) Go to the police station, embassy or local tourism department for assistance. If you forget the name of the hotel, try to recall and describe the architectural features of the hotel and its surroundings.
