Early warning signal of gynecological tumor

In order to prevent gynecological tumors, we must improve the awareness of self-care and pay attention to the observation of our own physical condition.

(1) Abnormal leucorrhea: when the female genital tract tumor, tumor necrosis, ulceration, can appear watery, bloody and rice soup like leucorrhea, if combined with infection, can have odor. Abnormal leucorrhea may be the manifestation of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer or fallopian tube cancer.

(2) Menstrual changes: when intrauterine tumors such as uterine fibroids, endometrial cancer, uterine sarcoma, choriocarcinoma, abnormal menstruation can occur, including excessive menstruation, cycle disorder, irregular menstruation, prolonged menstrual duration, bleeding, etc. Some ovarian tumors, such as granulosa cell tumor and theca cell tumor, can secrete estrogen, interfere with the menstrual cycle and cause abnormal menstruation.

(3) Changes in diet, urine and feces: the initial manifestations of ovarian cancer may be abdominal distension, anorexia and gastrointestinal symptoms. Tumor compression or invasion of the bladder and rectum may cause frequent urination, dysuria, dry stool, etc.

(4) Postmenopausal bleeding: in the first year of amenorrhea, vaginal bleeding occasionally. If menopause for more than 1 year and vaginal bleeding is called "postmenopausal bleeding". There are many reasons for postmenopausal bleeding, most of which are caused by benign diseases, but the possibility of cervical cancer and endometrial cancer cannot be ruled out.

(5) Abdominal pain: ovarian tumor torsion, rupture or infection, uterine submucosal myoma prolapse from the uterine orifice or myoma degeneration, can cause more severe abdominal pain.

(6) Incidental genital tumors: these tumors are usually unconsciously touched by patients. Even if there are no symptoms, they should be highly valued and treated in time, so as not to delay the best time of treatment.
