The etiquette of taking a taxi

(1) When taking a taxi, you should generally call at the taxi stop. In other cases, you should call at a place that does not affect the traffic and is safe. Don't call at intersections, especially at intersections with traffic lights and areas with yellow lanes, or at bus stops or fast lanes.

(2) When taking a taxi with a lady, an elder, a superior or a guest, you should take care of them to get on the bus first. In general, passengers should sit in the back row, and the seat number depends on whether it is convenient to get on and off the train and whether the passengers are comfortable. When more than one passenger takes the train, the party paying or leading the way should sit in the front.

(3) Observe before and after getting on and off the train and opening and closing the door to prevent injury to others.

(4) Take good care of the vehicle and its facilities and keep the inside of the vehicle clean. Don't smoke in the car, spit or throw sundries outside the car, take off shoes, socks or change clothes on the car, don't put wet umbrellas and raincoats on the passenger's seats, don't pedal on the seats, and don't put hands or legs or feet out of the window. Don't leave rubbish and waste in the car.

(5) In the process of driving a taxi, passengers can talk with each other properly, but it is not appropriate to talk with the driver too much, so as not to distract the driver. Don't talk about traffic accidents, carjackings, homicides, deaths, etc.

(6) Be modest and polite to the taxi driver. When you get off the bus, say "thank you, goodbye" to the driver, which will make the driver feel warm and happy.
