Raw materials for making basket cabbage:
1 cabbage (about 500g).
Seasoning for making basket cabbage:
100g sugar, 20g vinegar, 15g dry pepper, 15g ginger, 50g sesame oil.
Processing steps of Chinese cabbage basket:
1. Peel off the outer skin and old side of the cabbage, cut off the root, and then cut it into four pieces. Peel the ginger, wash it with water and cut it into shreds. Soak the dried pepper in warm water for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.
2. Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, put the cabbage leaves into the pot for a while, take out the clean water, put the shredded ginger and pickled pepper (leave two) in the box and put them on the cabbage. In another pot, add some water, add vinegar and sugar, boil and pour on the cabbage.
3. Pour sesame oil into the pot, heat it up to 70% heat, then add two pickled peppers and fry them.
