Method of cabbage vermicelli
Raw materials for making cabbage noodles:
500g cabbage, 100g dried vermicelli.
Ingredients for making cabbage noodles:
Peanut oil, soy sauce, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, Zanthoxylum noodles, onion, ginger.
Processing steps of cabbage vermicelli:
(1) Soak the vermicelli in water and cut into sections. Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds. Blanch it in boiling water for seven or eight days. Pour in cold water.
(2) Heat the oil in the frying pan, add onion and ginger, Zanthoxylum noodles, soy sauce, refined salt and vermicelli, and then add appropriate amount of water. When the vermicelli are cooked, the water boils dry, add cabbage, stir fry a few times, put monosodium glutamate and vinegar out of the pot and put in a basin.
