Processing steps of crispy radish:
(1) Wash and peel the radish and cut it into shreds. Blanch the radish in boiling water until it is removed. Soak it in cold water for two hours. After removing the radish, control the water and mix it with monosodium glutamate, salt and sesame oil.

Production method

What to eat
