French Mixed cauliflower method:

The raw materials used in the method of mixing cauliflower are as follows:

750g cauliflower, 50g onion, 5g refined salt, 50g salad oil, 5g vinegar, a little pepper, 15g celery leaves.

Steps of making French cauliflower

1. Wash the cauliflower, break it into small flowers, soak it in salt water for about 10 minutes, then wash it, boil it in boiling water, take it out and control it dry.

2. Wash and dice the onion.

3. Wash celery leaves and cut into powder.

4. Put cauliflower, diced onion and celery leaves into the basin, add salad oil, pepper, salt and vinegar, and mix well.
