The memorial Pavilion scenic spot is closely connected with the "endless stream" scenic spot, which is composed of three large overlapping pools and water gathering "moon pool",. After five different falls, man-made waterfalls gather and disperse. The three cascades and Yuechi fountain form a "mountain" character, and the composition and flowing water form a "Shan" character, which has a profound meaning.
