Fengtai Range Rover

It is located in Qianjin Road, Licheng street. It is said that in 1074, a pair of Phoenix appeared in Chungang of Zengcheng. Chungang was changed into Fenghuang Mountain and Fenghuang pavilion was built. In the second year of LiZong in the Southern Song Dynasty (1225), LiZong presented Fenghuang mountain to Cui Yuzhi, the right prime minister, and named it jupo. The pavilion stands on the top of the mountain, with a panoramic view of the whole city. It has become a scenic spot for poets, celebrities and scholars to recite poems and Fu. Fengtai Range Rover includes: he Xiangu well, Wanshou temple, Phoenix Pavilion, museum, Youth Palace, TV University and other attractions. On the mountain are also unearthed cultural relics such as the inscription of Cui Yuzhi, the right Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty, and several ancient cannons of the Qing Dynasty.

Scenic spots

Phoenix Pavilion

Formerly known as jupo Pavilion. The two characters "Ju Po" in LiZong book of Southern Song Dynasty were given to Cui Yuzhi. Later generations built "jupo Pavilion" in memory of Cui Yuzhi, which was destroyed during the Anti Japanese war. The existing "Phoenix Pavilion" was rebuilt after the founding of the people's Republic of China.

Cui Yuzhi (1158-1239), whose name is Zhengzi, was born in Cuiwu village, Zhongxin kengbei, Zengcheng City in his later years. He was a famous statesman, statesman and strategist in the Southern Song Dynasty. He was the first person in Guangdong who was elected by the Imperial Academy.

Wanshou Temple

Located in the eastern foot of Fenghuang, it is a hall for worshiping the Buddha, as well as the bingong Buddha and other Buddhas. It was founded by the monk yuan Weiwei in the reign of Jiayou of Song Dynasty (1056-1063) and was formerly known as "fakong Temple". Because the temple is to the emperor's birthday, so renamed "longevity temple.".
