Exhibition hall of Mao Zedong's former residence

The former residence of Mao Zedong in Shanghai, with a construction area of 520 square meters, is located in lane 583, Weihai Road (formerly jiaxiuli, murming Road, public concession). It is an old Shikumen Lane residential building with two floors and two bottoms, brick and wood structure, facing north and south.

No. 7 of this building is where Mao Zedong and his wife Yang Kaihui lived from February to the end of 1924.
