Duan Yucai memorial hall is located in the South scenic spot of Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 15000 square meters. It is an ancient building imitating the Qing Dynasty. It opened on October 25, 1985, when Duan Yucai was born for 250 years.

It is an ancient building imitating the Qing Dynasty style, with brick and wood structure, quadrangle layout, surrounded by water, green trees and fragrant flowers. It was opened on October 25, 1985, on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of Duan Yucai's birth.

The plaque of Duan Yucai Memorial Hall written by famous calligrapher Shu Tong is hung on the doorstep of Duan Yucai Memorial Hall. The wide courtyard inside the gate, the ground is green lawn. Through the courtyard is the memorial hall, the hall cornice painting, antique. On the door of the main hall is a large gold plaque of "master Pu Xue" written by calligrapher Sha Menghai.

Stepping into the main hall, there are two couplets holding pillars on the two rows of red painted pillars: one is written by Zhao Puchu, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), "the nine classics pottery casts the capital of Qunyan, and the origin of the word is laid down in ten thousand years"; the other is written by Zhou zumo, consultant of the ancient training society and professor of Peking University: "the skill of explaining the classics surpasses that of Zheng, and the name of judging the sound and rhyme is famous for Qianjia.".

In the middle of the hall is the half body plaster statue of Duan Laozi, which is solemn. On both sides of the walls are paintings and calligraphy of celebrities. On both sides are the wing room and the corridor, in which Duan Yucai's works, life and chronology are displayed, and the comic strip "Duan Yucai" is displayed in the corridor.

The back door out of the main hall is a single hole bridge, across the stream, across the bridge can lead to the city museum, the lush green landscape is dazzling.
