The main streets are Fenghuang West Street and Hanzhongmen street, with an area of 380943.62 square meters, 3074 households and 9222 people. In June 2007, the community division of Gulou District was adjusted. The original Fenghuang three village community, haitangli community and the middle section of Fenghuang West Street community of Fenghuang street were abolished, and the three communities were merged and renamed Fenghuang West Street community.
