Yellow River Ecological Park

The Yellow River Ecological Park is located in chenyuantan town of Qingtongxia City, across the river from Wuzhong City, 3.5km away from Wuzhong City and 3km away from Qingtongxia City. Beijing Tibet Expressway passes by. It is adjacent to Wuzhong Riverside Park in the East and Riverside Avenue in the West. It is composed of three islands formed by years of alluvial mud and sand of the Yellow River. South Island, middle island and North Island are connected by floating bridges, with a total area of 630 square meters 0 mu (including 1150 mu in North Island, 1890 mu in middle island and 2890 mu in South Island).

In 1993, two East-West floating bridges were built at the original ferry, and chenyuantan Yellow River floating bridge service office was established to manage the floating bridge and tourism development. Make full use of the advantages of the Yellow River resources, undertake the historical context of Guling Prefecture, and build a comprehensive park that highlights the ecological garden, displays the homecoming customs, fully embraces the Yellow River culture and other distinctive characteristics of the times. In principle, the park is in the river, green in the park, people in the green, reasonable layout, perfect infrastructure, and can provide citizens with sightseeing, catering, entertainment, fitness, leisure and learning.
