Li Village Park

Licun park is located in the west of Xiazhuang Road, Licang District, covering an area of 153000 square meters. In 1982, the people's Government of Qingdao decided to build Licun park. In 2008, in addition to roads and facilities, the park has completed greening, becoming the first large-scale park in Licang District.

Historical evolution

In 1982, the people's Government of Qingdao decided to build Licun park. From 1983 to 1990, one east gate, 180m wall, two pavilions, two long corridors, one fountain and one sculpture group were built. A children's park covering an area of 9300 square meters has been built, with more than 10 kinds of amusement facilities such as moon rockets, slides, swings, small turntables, etc. Another public toilet will be built. In 1987, two greenhouses of 300 square meters and one exhibition hall of 80 square meters were built. In 1988, the PLA Navy stationed in Qingdao presented a retired aircraft for exhibition. In 1989, about 18700 square meters of artificial lake surface was excavated and 80 meters of dam was built.

In 2008, in addition to roads and facilities, the park has completed greening, becoming the first large-scale park in Licang District.
