Heidao Village

Heidao village, located in Heidao Town, Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province, is five kilometers to the east of Heidao government. It is surrounded by the sea on three sides. The ancient battlefield of Sino Japanese naval battle, the patriotic education base of Liaoning Province, and the central fishing port of Dalian are located here. There are 14 natural villages in Heidao village, with 1100 households and 3982 people. Nine kilometers of asphalt roads have been newly paved in the village, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation.

A brief introduction to the village

Located five kilometers to the east of Heidao government and surrounded by the sea on three sides, the patriotic education base of Liaoning Province - the ancient battlefield of Sino Japanese naval battle of 1894 and the fishing port in the center of Dalian are located here. There are 14 natural villages in Heidao village. Nine kilometers of asphalt roads are newly paved in the village, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The unique natural conditions enable Heidao village to develop aquaculture, fishing, aquaculture, processing and other industries at the same time. Historically, people in Heidao village were mainly fishing at sea. At that time, due to the restrictions of national policies and scientific and technological conditions, people could barely solve the problem of food and clothing. After 1997, people's fishing and aquaculture processing industry was gradually on the right track. At present, Heidao village has 2 aquatic products processing plants, 2 nursery pools, 140 fishing boats, 500 mu of port culture circle, and 9000 mu of shallow sea and beach culture.

Historical evolution

Heidao village is under the jurisdiction of Heidao town in Zhuanghe City.

In 1961, Heidao commune was established, and Heidao village was under the jurisdiction of Heidao commune.

In 1968, Heidao commune was renamed Haiphong commune.

In 1983, Haiphong commune was withdrawn and Heidao township was established.

In 1984, Heidao township was withdrawn and Heidao town was built.

Heidao primary school

Heidao primary school is located in Liangshuiwan village of Heidao village. It was founded in 1928. It has 8 teaching staff and 160 students. It has 6 classes, covering an area of more than 14000 square meters and a building area of 1680 square meters. The laboratory is fully equipped. Since 1994, it has won the honorary titles of "Zhuanghe calligraphy school", "Dalian advanced school of calligraphy education", "Dalian advanced unit of big break activities", "first prize in big break competition of primary and secondary schools", "national advanced experimental school of education", "Dalian School of standardization of primary and secondary school facilities" and so on.

Economic industry

The economy of Heidao village is dominated by aquaculture, with the output value of aquaculture reaching 71 million yuan, accounting for 47% of the total output value of 150 million yuan. There are 140 fishing boats and 650 fishermen in the village, with an annual output value of 14 million yuan and a per capita income of 20000 yuan; there are 9000 mu of shallow water and tidal flats, mainly Meretrix meretrix, Meretrix variegated and Corbicula, with an annual output of 600 tons and an output value of 5 million yuan; there are 500 mu of harbor aquaculture circle, with an annual output value of 10 million yuan; there are two breeding rooms, with a total of 4000 water bodies, raising scallops, shrimps and sea cucumbers, with an annual output value of 5 million yuan The output value is 12 million yuan and the annual profit is 6 million yuan; there are two aquatic products freezing processing plants with 500 workers, the annual output value is 30 million yuan and the profit and tax are 2.4 million yuan. There are 2000 workers in the village and 1500 people engaged in aquaculture. In 2009, it is planned to build a new port aquaculture circle of 1500 mu, with fishing, processing and breeding of aquatic products reaching 25 million yuan, 40 million yuan and 37 million yuan respectively, accounting for 56% of the total agricultural output value. By the end of 2010, the income of aquatic industry in the whole village will reach more than 85% of the total income of the whole village.

Black Island Resort

Heidao tourist resort is located in the east of Heidao Town, more than 30 kilometers away from Zhuanghe City, covering an area of 10 square kilometers. It is close to the mountain and the sea, with beautiful scenery. Fenghuang mountain is the crown of all the mountains. In the south, the water is deep and the sea is vast. The ancient battlefield of Sino Japanese naval battle is just in the south of the resort. There is a natural bathing beach with a length of 500 meters and a width of 300 meters in the area.
