Introduction:

Xinghai Park is located in the east of Mianshan road in Yueliangwan district and west of Yueliangwan garden. The planned land area is 29247.16 square meters. Most of the ground attachments are ancient litchi trees with more than 100 years old. The park is surrounded by Yueliangwan villa, Yueliangwan garden and other residential areas, with a population of nearly 30000.

Scheme review:

Nanshan District Urban Management Bureau has invited three professional companies to complete three sets of planning and design schemes, and has applied for construction land planning license, which has passed the environmental impact assessment. At the review meeting, the three design companies briefly expounded their design concepts and schemes, and the participants discussed them.

Natural environment:

The construction of Xinghai Park should follow the law of natural ecology, the style should be close to the public, the ecological nature of litchi forest should be maintained, and a natural and comfortable leisure space should be provided for the public.
