Located at No. 11, munan Road, Heping District, Tianjin, Xu's old house is a historic building of key protection level. Xu's fourth wife, Zhang zuolin, a Fengxi warlord, once lived here. The building was built in 1926 and designed by Shen Liyuan, a famous architect in China. The building is a three-story brick and wood structure, which adopts the British Victorian residential building form. The plane layout is reasonable and the use function is complete. The red tile slope top and the clear water red brick wall are used. The facade composition is simple and generous, and the characteristics are distinct. The high pitched roof and exposed wooden roof frame make the building friendly and simple.
