Changying Park

Changying park is located in the 1000 mu ginkgo forest in the northwest of Changying District, Chaoyang District, covering an area of 742900 square meters (1114 mu). The park is divided into two phases, the first phase is 344200 square meters (516 mu), which was started in October 2007 and completed in April 2008; the second phase is 398700 square meters (598 mu), which was started in 2008. Changying park is characterized by qiujinglin, which is a country park to meet the public's viewing, leisure, fitness, sports and other activities.

Main attractions

The main scenic spots in the first phase of the park are: Flower Dance Cultural mall, mountain forest rest Pavilion, chess square, fitness square, dance square, ball games field, children's activity square, tree pavilion garden, diabolo Sports Square, forest kilometer slow track, etc. The park is mainly to meet the daily fitness and leisure activities of the public, and also combines the local characteristics of sports and cultural activities, such as flower dance cultural mall, diabolo Sports Square, cultural performance, etc.

The second phase of the park will create a "ginkgo forest corridor" to form the characteristics of Ginkgo landscape forest, display the cultural science and health care knowledge of green plants, and publicize the concept of protecting the green environment. The main scenic spots include ginkgo terrace, apricot Valley, fragrant flower square, peony garden, cherry Island, green Pavilion morning exercise square and other leisure and fitness activities.

The park can be connected with the riverside green space of Dongba area and Pingfang area through the green space on both sides of small intestine ditch, and form a green space plate with Dongba country park and Huaiyuan in Beijing.

Tourism information

Bus 991, 566, 488 and 364 get off at Changying north station, turn left at the second traffic light northward along Dongwei Road, and walk 300 meters to the front; bus 499 and 506 get off at Changying ethnic homeland B area, and walk 100 meters northward.
