Jinchuan Park

Jinchuan park is located in the center of Jinchang, Gansu Province. It was built in 1983 and covers an area of 448 mu. The overall layout of the park takes the artificial lake as the center, which is divided into artificial lake, viewing area, recreation area, children's play area, production management area, etc. The overall layout is well-organized and there are gardens in the garden. The artificial lakes include Yuye lake, Meiwan lake, Danxia lake and Jingbo lake. Danxia lake is the center of the artificial lake, with bichunfang and qingqingxuan in the East and West, Meiling in the northwest and Skylark terrace in the north. The three mountains face each other across the lake. The scenery in the garden is beautiful, and the mountains and waters are resplendent. It forms a miniature of natural landscape.

The artificial lake and the earth mountain form their own system, which is the largest landscape of the park. The lake covers an area of 5 acres. It is divided by bridges and dikes. Arch bridges and pavilions are built. The lake bank is circuitous and the Taihu Lake stones dot the bank. The weeping willows on both sides of the lake are graceful and green. Artificial lake has Yuye pool, Meiwan, Danxia lake, Jingbo. Danxia lake is the center of the artificial lake, with bichun fat and qingqingxuan in the East and West, Juxian Pavilion and Yingbin bridge in the north. The earth mountains are distributed around the lake, forming the potential of mountain and water. Nanping mountain is to the southeast of Danxia lake, Meiling is to the northwest, and Skylark terrace is to the north. The three mountains face each other across the lake. Nanping mountain is the highest point of the whole garden. You can have a panoramic view of the whole garden from a mountaineering perspective.

The children's play area is located in the east of the park, covering an area of 30 mu. There are moon landing rockets, dragon swimming, electric horse, battery car, electric toys, electronic recreation room, boating, swing, slide and other amusement facilities.

The South Gate of the park is 10 meters high, 4 meters wide and 4.5 meters thick. It is composed of 20 columns and 3 gatehouses. The main body is reinforced concrete structure. The columns are veneered with white granite. The top cover of the gate is glazed tile. The middle of the upper end of the gate is inlaid with the four characters "Jinchuan Park". The north gate is 10 meters high, 19.8 meters wide and 5.2 meters thick. It is composed of 8 columns and 3 gatehouses. The main body is reinforced concrete structure. The top of the gate is wooden structure, covered with glazed tiles, and the columns are brownish red. The two gates and gatehouses are painted, simple and magnificent.

In March 2020, Jinchuan park will be open to all medical staff in the country free of charge after the restoration of operation until the end of 2020.
