Bronze dagger Tomb of Wazi in Zhengjia

In recent years, a number of tombs of the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period have been excavated here, and a large number of precious cultural relics have been unearthed.

In 1958, 27 bronzes including bronze swords were first unearthed in the north of zhengjiawazi. In 1962 and 1965, a bronze dagger and 14 ancient tombs were found near the site where the tomb was first discovered. In order to protect the bronze short sword tombs in zhengjiawazi, a brick concrete structure shed building was built in 1966 with government funding, and an exhibition hall was built. The exhibition hall is divided into two parts. The first part is the restoration display of the bronze short sword tombs, and the second part is the display of the cultural relics of the bronze short sword unearthed in Shenyang.

The bronze dagger Tomb of zhengjiawazi is located in zhengjiawazi village, Yangshi Township, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. In order to protect the bronze dagger tombs in zhengjiawazi, a brick concrete structure shed building was built in 1986 with government funding, and an exhibition hall was built. The exhibition hall is divided into two parts. The first part is the restoration display of the bronze dagger tombs, and the second part is the cultural relics of the bronze dagger unearthed in Shenyang. It was officially opened to the outside world in September 1987.

In 1985, it was declared as a municipal cultural relics protection unit by Shenyang Municipal People's government, and in 2003, it was declared as a provincial cultural relics protection unit by Liaoning Provincial People's government.

In 1962 and 1965, a bronze dagger and 14 ancient tombs were found near the site where the tomb was first discovered. Among them, tomb 6512, 5 meters long and 3 meters wide, unearthed a variety of bronzes, pottery, stone tools, bone ware, a total of 42 kinds of 797 pieces, including weapons, ornaments, daily utensils, war horse accessories, harness, etc. since Shenyang area was once under the jurisdiction of the state of Yan, from the rich burial objects, it can be inferred that the tomb owner was probably an official of the state of Yan.
