Shuangshan reservoir

Shuangshan reservoir is located in the north of Pingdu, south of Qingyang Township, east of Shengjia village, upstream of Shuangshan river. The reservoir has a total storage capacity of 11.2 million cubic meters, Xingli storage capacity of 6.15 million cubic meters, designed irrigation area of 12000 Mu and effective irrigation area of 17000 mu. The main dam is 200m long and the maximum dam height is 19.28m; the auxiliary dam is 1700m long and the maximum dam height is 8m. The spillway is open without control, with a maximum discharge of 494 m3 / s and a design discharge of 2.5 m3 / s. The flood control capacity of the reservoir reaches the flood control standard of once in 300 years.
