Memorial Hall for overseas Chinese in Russia

The overseas Chinese Museum in Russia is an exhibition hall which reflects the glorious history of the overseas Chinese in Russia fighting for the cause of national liberation and construction of China and Russia (Soviet Union). It is also the only Memorial Hall in China to display the historical facts of China Russia (Soviet Union) friendship in all aspects. Covering an area of 1600 square meters, Heihe overseas Chinese Museum in Russia is divided into six parts, displaying more than 1000 cultural relics and letters. It took five years for the memorial to be built. After extensive visits and data collection, it has built a memorial with exhibition and research. Its contents are deep and profound, involving the party, government, military, academic, business, culture and hidden front. It is regarded as a teaching book on the history of overseas Chinese in Russia and the history of Sino Russian (Soviet) friendship. The establishment of the memorial hall will also accelerate the development of Heihe cultural industry, and play a positive role in promoting the establishment of Heihe as a bridgehead for Russia, building a famous border cultural city, and developing cultural tourism industry.

In order to carry forward the patriotic spirit of students studying in the Soviet Union (Russia), better display the history of students studying in the Soviet Union (Russia), educate the future generations of the Chinese and Russian people, and further promote the development of Sino Russian friendly relations, the branch of studying in the Soviet Union, at the invitation of the people's Government of Heihe City, listed the preparation of the Memorial Hall (and adding the "memorial hall for students studying in the Soviet Union (Russia)" as the "Russian Museum" of the branch of studying in the Soviet Union in 2006 It is an important activity of the year of Si. The overseas Chinese Memorial Hall in Russia was officially opened and put into operation at 8:30 am on August 12, 2009.

According to the decision of the all China Federation of overseas Chinese, the "memorial hall for overseas Chinese in Russia" will be established in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province in 2007 as the patriotic education base of the all China Federation of overseas Chinese.
