On November 10, 2005, the right to use the land required for the project was obtained through bidding. On January 20, 2006, Xianyang Guanzhong hot spring Co., Ltd. was officially registered. On February 13, 2006, the preparation personnel of the company settled in Xianyang. On May 15, 2006, the project planning and design scheme passed the review. Members of the board of shareholders and the board of directors of the company, relevant leaders and departments of Xianyang City, and well-known experts in the construction industry of Shaanxi Province participated in the review. On the same day, the bidding meeting for architectural design of the project was successfully held, and the bid winner was determined. On July 7, 2006, the company's geothermal well was dug and completed on August 18. Through inspection, all indexes are good, which is of the first class among the existing geothermal wells in Xianyang. On July 11, 2006, the company successfully delisted 30 mu of new land. On August 6, 2006, the architectural design scheme of the project was initially reviewed in Xi'an, and then reviewed in Shenzhen on October 10. On December 30, the scheme was officially approved by the decision-making level of the company. On the morning of April 8, 2007, Xianyang, the "China geothermal city" was unveiled and the foundation of Xianyang Guanzhong hot spring resort project was laid. The ceremony was solemnly held at the construction site of the company, and relevant leaders of the four provincial and municipal leading groups attended the ceremony. On May 10, the hot spring resort project officially started. In July 2007, according to the needs of the company's development, the equity of the company's original weidian company was transferred to Hong Kong Xuxing Development Co., Ltd., Northwest Power Grid Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Qinlong Power Co., Ltd., with the proportion of 51%: 30%: 19%. On December 10, 2007, the world main structure of Guanzhong hot spring in Xianyang was successfully capped. On January 22, 2008, the third shareholders' meeting was held. The meeting discussed the proposal on increasing the registered capital and changing the equity ratio of the company. The registered capital of the company increased from 100 million yuan to 301 million yuan, and the equity ratio of the three shareholders changed to 83.72%: 9.87%: 6.31%. On May 12, 2008, a strong earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. There were no problems with the main body of the project and the temporary construction facilities in the earthquake. There were no casualties and property losses of the company's employees during the whole earthquake. June 2, 2008, the company ushered in the first batch of large-scale new employees, a total of about 200 people to report. On August 26, 2008, the guest rooms on the fourth to seventh floors of hot spring world first completed the pre acceptance and handed over for management. On September 26, all other parts of the world were handed over to management. On October 1, 2008, Xianyang Haiquanwan hot spring world trial operation. On November 15, 2008, Xianyang Haiquanwan hot spring world grand opening. On March 24, 2010, Haiquanwan hotel in Xianyang was officially started. On November 20, 2010, the main structure of Xianyang Haiquanwan hotel was successfully capped.
